Comprehensive Search: We proactively source property being openly and quietly marketed, through estate agents, developers and private owners.We have long standing relationships with local estate agents and other proffesionals which enables us to gain early or even pre-market access to property. 4. Viewing Tours: Once the search has been narrowed, your choice of properties to view will be arranged at your convenience. I will accompany you on all viewings, advising on any negatives as well as positives on each property.
5. Negotiation: negotiation of final purchase price is a main area of skill and expertise. Once you have selected a property it is essential to establish a considered opinion of value before negotiations begin.
