Purchased by David Evans on behalf of DDT property ltd. Planning permission was sought and gained for the development of 23 apartments to provide general purpose housing.

Property was sold to Crugiau Developments who have completed phase 1 of the project. Phase 2 will consist of another building with 11 self contained apartments adjacent to the phase 1 building.

This project was completed and fully negotiated by David Evans through private channels and did not use the services of an estate agent.
