Purchasing Search - - Retaining fee - payable on instruction prior to the commencement of the search. Retaining fees are fully deductable from the final success fee.
- Success fee- The success fee starts at 1% of the final purchase price or 15% of the saving we achieve from the original asking price, whichever is greater. The success fee is payable on completion or 60 days after exchange.
Rental Search - - Retaining fee - payable upon instruction, £100
- Success fee - one months rent, payable upon signing of rental agreement.
Purchase or Rental negotiation only Terms and fees are stipulated on an individual case basis, payable on completion or upon signing a rental agreement.
